Since prehistoric times, humans have always been interested in nature and flowers across all cultures. Today, they are trying to alleviate the stresses of modern life by planting plants in interior spaces. Beyond the human dimension, there is also an economic dimension to this issue. Cultivating ornamental plants for interior spaces requires technological and scientific research. However, with appropriate support, it has the potential to become a significant option for agricultural production.
This book, prepared by Çukurova University Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Landscape Architecture faculty member Prof. Dr. Güngör Uzun, consists of environmental factors for indoor plants, care, production, special growing methods, and large-scale pictures and descriptions of some important indoor ornamental plants.
