TO THE PRESS AND THE PUBLIC 

Landscape architects, The first step of the professional organization was taken on May 13, 1994. We celebrate our 24th anniversary with great honor on May 13, National Landscape Architecture Day!

It should be known that, Landscape architects are a branch of science and profession that has been working for 24 years against the loss of urban identity in our rapidly growing cities, which are deteriorating and corrupt, the decrease in open and green spaces, unplanned urbanization, the planning of cities for business centers and vehicles, and the daily abandonment of human and nature priorities.

It should be known that,  Landscape architects exist for the sustainability of our country, people, other beings and nature.

It should be known that, Our people, who are becoming more conscious day by day and are beginning to protect their natural and cultural values, are observing the principle of protecting the natural and cultural landscape when making local, regional and nationwide plans!

It should be known that, The only professional discipline that can establish these principles is landscape architecture! The future of the city cannot be decided without landscape architects!
